Bolivia has offered Argentina a portion of the 10 million cubic meters of natural gas that Brazil has stopped using, in addition to the 2.2 million cubic meters Argentina currently uses, El Nacional reported Jan. 8. Brazil usually buys 31 million cubic meters daily, but this number has dropped to 20 million cubic meters per day as Brazil has shifted its energy consumption toward hydroelectric energy.
